  • We provide you with an allotment letter wherein the price of the property in question is fixed and it will remain the same till the property is handed over for possession.

    • Construction Agreement

  • 1   Registration fee, Stamp duty, Taxes and other levies as per government notifications and they are to be paid at the time of registration.

  • 4   Built up area and plot area are indicative and are subject to change. The difference in the amount will be adjusted before registration of the sale deed.
  • 5   Cheques/DD should be made in the name of IR Groups, Payable at Hosur.
  • 6   Villa design and plot Configuration will be fixed by the management to optimize the master Layout.
  • 7   0.1 % on the basic cost is collected as franking charges on signing the agreement.
  • 8   East/Park facing villas will be at a premium of 5% on the basic cost.
  • 9   Corner/East and Park facing villas will be at a premium of 10% on the basic cost.
  • 10   Villas facing layout Main roads above 60ft will be charged extra premium @ 5%.
